Size is Good for 12-18 Mo
These fit my baby boy perfect. He is currently in between 12 mo and 18 mo clothing (25 lbs). I think they would be a little snug if he were all bigger though.

Runs small
These run really small. I ordered the 6-24 month thinking we would have lots of room. Not true. Fit closer to a 9 month size. Double layered material so it won't show the diaper through. Good for pictures I think.
