Definitely a go to product for cramping and particularly effective if caught early.

I have a medical condition (cerebral palsy) where spasms and cramps are a non-stop painful fact of life. I have used this product daily (from my lower back to my toes) since learning about it a few years ago. It is one tool that makes the harder parts of my life more tolerable. I would not like to be without it because it works well with no noticable side effects. If I am judging the product alone I give it full stars and recommend anyone that has lower extremity spasms and cramps try it for awhile, it is a huge help. With CP there will always be spasms and cramps unless nerve pathways are surgically blocked so this isn't a miracle cure so much as a part of a larger plan that, like I said, HELPS.The reason for the 3-star rating is that the very large, and very expensive bottle of this product that I purchased online expires in a few MONTHS where as the bottles I buy in brick and mortar stores locally expire 5-years from the date of purchase. That is a massive difference. I have never used such an old product and I am worried it will be less effective which considering the price is NOT okay.Finally, when I bought this 17 ounce bottle I didn't consider that the product must be shaken well before every use. Well I can tell you the pump FLEW off the bottle top and I was terrified it was going to be a leaky mess. Thankfully that didn't happen and I'll remember to hold the pump on while shaking in the future. I love this stuff and will definitely continue to purchase it but I will reconsider buying it from an Amazon warehouse and I will reconsider purchasing such a large pump bottle.

I’m a real person writing a real review! This product is absolutely amazing! I’m 51 years old and teach 5th graders all day. I wear custom orthodics and have had 6 foot surgeries. Most nights when I get home and put my feet up to rest, the cramps kick in. By the time I’m in bed trying to sleep, then they fully kick in. I get them in my feet, calves, shins, and thighs. I tried eating mustard and drinking pickle juice, but I they rarely worked. This product works for me EVERY time! I feel blessed! It worked for me from the very first time I used it and has worked every time since! It actually works for me within 2 minutes of applying it. I can’t believe I don’t have to suffer anymore. I never put it on in advance; I just use it when it’s needed. It has an odd medicinal smell only while it’s wet and being applied, but is odor free once it dries. But I could care less because it works. I also have a lot of skin allergies to changes in soaps, lotions, and medicines but have had no issues with this. I also have no side effects from using it. I’ll never go without Theraworx again. Trust me…it’s worth the money!
