Cast Away (Widescreen Edition)

Very inspirational film. Without giving away any spoilers, the movie is about a FedEx manager who survives a crash landing and ends up alone on an isolated island in the south Pacific. He has to find a way to survive without any of the things that we take for granted. Lots of life lessons about the value of human ingenuity and perseverance in the face of great hardship. Great story and perfect casting (Tom Hanks is amazing, as always) make this a really excellent movie.

Not 2.35:1 widescreen as it actually says on back cover. It’s 1.85:1 really important difference..

Still holds up in 2025. Can't go wrong. If you like Tom Hanks, then you'll like this.
