Battery not charging
I received the battery in good package and timely delivery. However, upon insertion in my DELL laptop, i noticed the battery had 44% charge, but when plugged with adapter it is NOT charging. When i unplug, the battery charge diminishes. Even after 3 hours of use, the battery % is same at 44% with adapter plugged in. I wonder what's the issue. My old battery had same configuration as this one.

Product did not work at all
This was replacement to a faulty battery of the laptop. It did not fit properly within the slot. It was not detected by the laptop and was not charging either. It seems that the product although of same catalog number and specs as original battery was not compatible with the laptop.
