This is watch battery replacement tool is very handy. First things first: it will not work on watches if the back is “screwed” on. I bought this kit on impulse and didnt realize my timex expedition chrono needs a prying tool to pry open the back to access the battery. I also found out that i needed a micro screwdriver in order to remove the battery tie-down metal piece to remove the battery. The build quality is amazing. The piece that holds the watch case is strong and sturdy. The included tweezer works perfectly to remove the pancake battery and also for grabbing those micro screws. For 8 bucks i decided to keep and not return because i know this kit will come in handy in the future

This tool did not help opening the back of my watch. On the other hand, it looks to be sturdy and enough tools to change a battery.

I say 5/5 because, the tools seem fine for the job I needed, ( just to open the back of the screw back watch to replace the battery ) for the price you cant say its not worth it if you are like me and just need to open it. Pretty easy to use straight forward design. Tools are sturdy enough to do their intended jobs, if used for anything else other than their intended purposes " obviously" not the best. If you need more that to open the back or need to do more intensive repairs id probably go with their higher value options that come with more tools, if I had more watches ⌚, id definitely had got the bigger bag from the same company. Used this to replace and repair 2 watches. It allowed me to remove the screw off backs from both with the adjustable tool, and it includes tools to help change the batteries and more if needed. We'll worth the $$ - wish I had found this sooner before scratching the back of my watches with common tools trying to get to the batteries.

This is ridiculously cheap for such a well made and effective tool. I have removed screw backs before with great difficulty. Some backs are impossible to loosen. But with this tool even the most stubborn backs can be loosened. To look at the two small prongs you thing they are quite vulnerable to breakage, but in fact they are very strong. There are only two prongs (compared with three on other devices) but that is sufficient. Used in conjunction with the provided plastic holder, you can tackle watch backs that are screwed really tight. I have now used it succeccfully on four watches of different sizes. That's €30 - €40 saved at the jewellers.
