The item looks nice. But expected it to be a much more sturdier item. The lock does not hold on if have several bags. Bought it hoping that would be able to hold a lot of bags, but unfortunately cannot load up much.

The opening device to allow the bag to slip onto the handle broke immediately. It till allowed me to haul several bags on the handle but held it an awkward able to carry. I doubt it will handle anything over 20 lbs.

Do not waste your money. This is a very weak and poorly made product. The gray clip that is supposed to keep the bags from slipping off broke when I used it the first time. I loaded about 5 plastic grocery bags and when I released the button before even picking up the load, the clip cracked and fell off completely. I attempted to carry my groceries anyway and almost lost a few bags on my way to my second story apartment from the parking lot. Such a waste.

I was worried the clasping mechanism wouldn't hold because it looks cheap but so far it has held up very well. It helps to adjust the handle so your fingers are grasping it with the softer material at the top.

Meh! These are ok but not fabulous. The opening barely opens wide enough to put a bag through it. The button is hard to push to open it. It'll work but just wonder how long it will last.
