When I moved to an apartment I only saw online, I did not know if I needed light fixtures. Since this one looked classy, I decided just to buy it, so I had it in my apartment by the time I moved in. In end, it really looks as advertised. Looks elegant. Came in with a bulb which is a plus (I ordered light bulbs thinking it did not come with it - that is what I get from not reading). Overall decent light fixture - elegant. Price is what made me give it a 4-star rating.

This lamp arrived packed very well and the glass and bulb are well protected in the box. The lamp is easy to assemble - took me less than 5 minutes. It has a great range of light for the dimness/brightness control, which was important me. The lamp takes up a small footprint in terms of total space, which was very important to me, as well. I love the style and function. I searched for quite a while, including in person at a couple stores, before selecting this lamp. It has been a great purchase, well worth the price. Although the adage goes, “you get what you pay for,” I think you get more than what you pay for in this instance.

Love my lamp - the gold was quite shiny, so I painted -chalk- bronze. Should have gotten bronze, but it is gorgeous. Very sturdy and looks quite expensive.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful lamp! It looks so expensive and has a nice look for a loft, reading corner, or desk space. It’s just entirely too bright. I saw other reviews that said this and wondered how that could even be possible. The bulb that comes with it is blinding. The style of the bulb is what adds to the attractiveness of the lamp. I swapped it out with another bulb that was softer and warmer. Still, bright as hell. It’s so beautiful and I’m really trying to make it work
