First, let's talk customer service. My Amazon account told me that this item had been delivered on a Friday but I had not received it in my mailbox or at the door. When I checked the tracking, it said that it was sent to an entirely different city/state. I emailed the seller and seriously, 30 minutes later, I received a call. On the 4th of July. He told me that the tracking number attached to my order was incorrect and that my item's tracking number showed it would be delivered the next day. I've never received a personal call from a company so quickly, and had my issue resolved right away. Amazing!Now for the product. I absolutely love face serums. They are my new obsession, so I knew I had to try this one. My face feels so bright and my pores are minimized, as well as (I think) some of my fine lines around the eyes. A little goes a long way, and it spreads across my face/neck very easily. It doesn't dry my skin, and I don't feel like it cakes in place or causes any stiffness as it dries. Once it's dried, I top it with my normal face moisturizer. My skin feels supple and I can't get enough of this product. I use it morning and night, and it's just been a wonderful addition to my skin care routine. Hands down, I will buy from them again. Amazing Youth Serum!! Love this stuff! Combined this with the Delfogo Neck Cream & my skin is really smooth & dewey. I used multiple products/serums previously that kept me content, but took much longer. This has ALL of the serums I have all in one!! Major plus since I’m a busy mom of 2 littles. Time saving products are a mom’s best friend! Especially when they work so well!! Has given my tired skin a new boost of glow & I really do appear younger. Non-greasy, not sticky, no ‘cosmetic’ smell/odor... just a clean, smooth Serum that is super effective!! A unexpected lift to my life, & has made a major difference in my appearance & therefore given me a boost of confidence as well. Something every woman can appreciate. It works but it seems DelfogoRX cornered the HGF (Human Growth Factor) nomenclature in Amazon so it looks like they are the only company selling this type of serum. I bought this last month for something like $28 more or less, now they went up astronomically at almost $40. So I googled HGF and EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor) and they are exactly one and the same. So folks, just search Amazon for EGF, you will get a lot more results for a way cheaper price. The serum works, makes my skin firm but the bottle only lasts me a month and with the price increase, never again. I have bought this product 2x already. Hope this helps.

Im a huge fan of this brand having used thier neck cream for some time with amazing results. I loved the results from it and decided to try this elixir for my face as my Este Lauder one just ran out. The size is larger than my previous brand for a fraction of the price. I tested it on my hand for a few days (very sensitive skin). I had no reactions so i started using it on my face about a month ago. It goes on smoothly and left my skin feeling instantly hydrated. I just had a large milestone birthday and want to retain my youthful features;) ive noticed within about 2 or so weeks that the fine lines around my eyes were smoother and seemed to almost disappear. Ive been using it twice a day as suggested. It really does make a difference on my skin. I wish I would have used this brand over my previous ones. Ive gotten compliments on my youth appearance. Something I have not gotten in a long time. Im slowly seeing the difference all over my face. I love how I feel instantly hydrated once I put it on. Ill be ordering this one again soon. Amazing value for the size as well.

I feel it did not live up to the hype. I used it for weeks, without any results. There's no moisturizing effects at all. There's no reduction in wrinkles what so ever, not even slight. I felt like I was applying tea tree oil, no benefits noticed. I would not waste my money on this product. I'm very disappointed. I was hopeful it would do something, because I don't have deep wrinkles, just fine lines under my eyes.

The winters here in Minnesota are no joke - a bitter, dry cold and it always leaves me skin cracked from the cold temps and the biting wind. I've tried drugstore moisturizers that gave me temporary relief but never really got to the source of the problem and I always ended up with dry skin shortly after. This serum popped up in a search I did on here and I gave it a shot to see if it would give me the lasting results I was looking for. I've applied it twice per day, particularly on my forehead and cheekbones where my skin peels the most this time of year. From the first day I could tell the effects were better than the generic products I used. Usually I had to reapply within a couple hours but this has provided all day moisturizing effects. My skin feels much more nourished and I'm very happy with this product.

I am not sure what is going on here, somehow I "ordered" this and another VERY expensive DelfogoRX product (OK, may be i was sleep walking, i just don't know) But then the product never showed. The ONLY reason I found out was reviewing my orders. I suggest everybody do this. I will for now and forever review monthly, as we were suspicious someone was "adding to our bill". IF this turns out to be a good product, then i will let you know, or if the opposite is true! Just too weird!
