Hinges on Dell laptops freeze up and break off in 6 months...
I just bought this laptop a few months back. There was noice coming from the hinges after a few weeks. Since it's a brand-new laptop, I thought it'd be there for a few weeks. But now the hinges are broken and the laptop is useless. I don't recommend buying electronic stuff online. My money was lost 😪.

This company frauds the clients as they didn't provide me with the 1 year Dell warrenty
I purchesed this laptop at the end of March of 2022. In January 2023 the hinge of the screen broke (which I saw now other customers here complain about).I spoke to Dell and they informed me that I will need to pay because I don't have a warrenty, it has apparently expired in March of 2022. I wouldn't have bought this from this provider if I knew this. A warrenty is usuallly from 1 year of purchase, so they are frauding the consumers by selling a laptop with no warrenty.I then contacted this provider and they informed me that because this is a physical damage they aren't responsible for it. However, according to my computer technician, a hinge broken is a manufacturing issue, therefore a warrenty issue. Seems that this is a defect in this model, which further proves that should I had the warrenty with Dell I would have received it repaired fully.Now I need to pay for a new screen on a computer that's less than 1 year in my possession.Needless to say that my recommendation for you is TO STAY AWAT FROM THIS PROVIDER!Best to buy directly from Dell.
