My workspace is cluttered by multiple computers, four 4K monitors, several audio systems, some artwork and windows. I had a small LCD clock under one of the monitors, but it was hard to read, especially due to the darkness. And I wanted one easy to glance at from any monitor - no significant head turning. This is a typical generic product. No branding on the clock, the manual or the box. But it's a fine unit. The generic remote works well... although you only use 40% of the buttons on it. It can be set from behind. It comes with a USB charger, but the long power cable plugs into any USB outlet. It's a steal-of-a-deal. My only gripe is that I wanted to (and did) mount it in a corner. (See photo.) To do this, I needed a long nail or screw; no worries, the depot for home improvement supplies has 5" decking screws. But the keyholes in the back of this clock are very shallow and cannot handle screw heads, only nail heads. The difference is that a screw head is thicker, to allow for the slots for the screwdriver. It also could only handle small diameter heads - i.e. the slots it does have are very short. I carved out more material with a drill. The result was satisfactory; as you can see in the photo, it's mounted and I don't think it's going anywhere. ========================== Update: This is still a great clock, but it does seem to run one minute slow per month. The remote makes it easy to update/change, but not sure how it runs slow.

Love this size and brightness of this clock! I wouldn't recommend it for a bedroom, though it does come with a remote where you can dim it down - but to me, it's still bright. I needed something I can see from across the living room, and this delivers! Two pictures I posted - one was taken with a flash (so everything is bright) and the other was taken in the pitch black - yes, that's how bright it is! I love it! And it's very easy to set up. My husband likes the 24 hr. time, so that's why it's in "military time". But you can choose the 12 hr. setup also. If you need a BIG, bright clock, this is it!!

Great clock, super easy for us to read even when half asleep. Simple to set up and hang up in our bedroom. Have not used the alarm clock feature yet. I love the auto dim setting and it works as described. Remote works well. The only negative I can give this clock is the battery compartment is very difficult to impossible to remove the button style batteries once they are in. We had a power outage and the clock did not light up. I am not able to get the old batteries out to change them

Great for every room. Large neon numbers easy to see even at night. Multiplle brightness settings and languages

I've been looking for a large clock that can show me the time, date and internal room temperature at a glance. I ordered this clock and installed it in my master bedroom. I can clearly see the time across the room while still in bed. I liked it so much, I ordered a couple more for two other rooms in the house. I'm not thrilled by the blue on black color for the day of the week but the rest of the information is clearly visible from a distance. I love this clock and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a large and vivid display.

Im legally blind. I ran thru so many alarm clocks. The read out was never large enough, bright enough, or the sharp color felt like it was burning thru my eyes. As a last resort another legally blind friend told me she bought this and loved it. If i didnt the salvation army was getting yet another clock. Love this! Auto dimming without me having to cross the room, and find the switch. Tells temp, and date. Thank you ! The usb plug is handy. You run out of plug in space so fast. A usb extender is the best buy on my night stand. Would buy this again!

The display is very bright colors on a black background. The time is shown in big, white numbers. Very good. The date and temperature are shown in smaller characters and are good to read. The day of the week is in the smaller characters as well but is a royal blue color. Almost impossible to read from across the room. I love the remote capability although setting some functions can be a bit lengthy. This clock runs slow. Mine loses about 15-20 seconds a day. Sounds not too bad, but it creeps up a minute or two late in a few days. Aren't we all spoiled? I remember the old days with analog clocks that were thought to be very good if they achieved this level of precision.

We use it in an RV but keep it in the house when we're not travelling. The battery stores the date and time when we shut it off so we never have to reset it. The characters are big enough to read easily and even in the daylight we can see it from the far end of our RV. Great night light too.
