1 arrived broken in a damaged box and there's no way to ask Amazon for an alternate solution
1 arrived broken in a damaged box and there's no way to ask Amazon for an alternate solution to their having the entire thing sent back for a refund or replacement, and there's no place to complain about this on the site, either. So I have to go this route. This was sent as a gift to people who live hours away from me and I had the gift sent directly to them...The solution to replace the entire set is undesirable; what I'd prefer is to let them keep the intact 3 mugs and get a single replacement mug, or a partial refund to cover that broken one, not to have to go through the rigamarole of getting the gift recipient to have to package up and return their gift then wait for another set (with possibly more broken mugs) to arrive. There is an opportunity for improved customer service here, Amazon. If you're too big for your customers to be able to get in touch with someone for something like this, then I can't help but question your service--which I generally have been very satisfied with. So this is extra disappointing.
