How many taps are included in the package?

I ordered this and it does not work for size 14 wire. Only works for smaller gauge wire. No where in the description does it give the size

This kit has 4 taps and 8 connectors, correct? There seems to be some confusion on the number of taps?

connecting vooltage gauge keeps poping the fuse immediately no matter which fuse i try 16g wire yes terminals correct, grounded, what am i doing wrong
