Cheaper than the stealership.
They work like they should. Had them cut at my local hardware store and being a retired Ford technician, I programmed them myself .

Easy as one two three & done by me!
It works perfect! Heads up folks, you do not need a locksmith for this. I called the Ford house they will cut the key for you for next to nothing or even free. Then I followed the directions that this seller provides and it was simple easy quick as one two three. That is if you already have two original programed keys for your car. Sick key one of the originals in & turn to on then right back off, repeat with the second original, then immediately with the new key that's to be programed sept go ahead & start the engine. Ps don't hesitate in-between the keys. Yep, it's that simple and locksmiths are charging $200 to program the key alone. That's ridiculous. Absolutely atrocious....

Not chipped keys! Neither of mine have chips.
So, I bought these last year and just now got around to getting them cut, and trying to get them programmed because I put them aside and forgot about them. The locksmith/mechanic went to program them and couldn't. They told me THERE'S NO CHIP IN THE KEYS, so it's impossible to get them programmed to start my vehicle. Seriously, don't advertise them as chipped keys when they're not.

Work perfectly!!
After tossing my keys in the trash with a handful of other trash, leaving me with no exspense fobs or basic keys with chips. We paid over $300 to get new fobs plus $150 for tow fees and car dealer fees on top of that to get our car to the dealership. I had a plain key with a chip but we had recently moved and hadn’t found it yet. I decided we needed a couple of the chip keys for another emergency. These were for my car make/model and had high ratings so I hoped they would work. I had to go to a lock smith to get them made. At that point, the keys would unlock the vehicle and start the auxillaries but would not start the car. Then following the simple instructions to sync the keys with the car, they worked!!!! And buying from this seller was so much cheaper than dealerships or other sellers. They came quickly too!!!

Cheap and Works.
Worked perfectly. Just had to cut the key and use a cheapo elm 327 to program it for my 02 mercury sable.

DIY Ford blank key that can be re-written at home.
Works great to reprogram if you already have two existing keys to a Ford F-150. It only takes a minute and can be done in your driveway--very simple and you can find instructions on the internet. I will add that the truck has a maximum of 8 keys the memory will hold, so if you exceed eight spare keys, the vehicle will no longer write new keys and you'll have to go to the dealer to get the vehicle key bank wiped, then restored.
