Good for before, during, and after exercise. This powder is just as good as liquid, is less expensive, and lets you judge & adjust potency.Replenishes electrolytes (potassium & sodium) which are diminished with activity and sweating.I love the tangy sweet flavor --definitely one of Gatorade's best.It's healthier than most brands or flavors due to its organic ingredients and minimal additives. Check for $price per oz, because it seems to vary quite a bit.I recommend this!

Dissolves instantly. Has good flavor. I mix up a gallon & place in my fridge. No need to use multiple plastic bottles any longer.

This product arrived with one of the containers damaged, and the safety seal was broken. Customer service replaced the item, so we still gave it a try. We enjoyed the flavor, but the powder didn’t seem to dissolve at the recommended ratio of powder to water. We had to mix for quite a while to get it to dissolve. Overall, we still enjoyed the product, and it was a great value for the money spent.

It taste good canned last a long time

Been looking for lemon lime powder for ages. Great value for the sheer amount you get. You can make everything exactly the strength you want.

Its a great combination of my favorite flavors.
