Complete Nonsense (Wordsworth Children's Classics)

These are great fun. Wish I had known about them sooner.

This is the second copy I purchased. The first copy I read to my grandson when he was little. Now at almost 17, he remembered this book and wanted to borrow mine. I then got him his own copy.

A classic for adults as well as children. Happy to receive this.

Good for the Edvard Lear poetry lovers. I love this book. very nice collection of his poetry.

Very funny and crazily written poetry and prose. Children will love it, but adults will find humour here thatis for those with a wacky sense of humour.I can remember the brilliant Peter Cook and Dudley Moore's portrayal of "Uncle Arly" with his far too tight shoes.

Amazing how so many years on, these words can still arouse delight in children and adults alike. My 5 yr old thought the few I read her were very funny, and was sad that it wasnt for her - it got passed on to a friend as a present.

This is a lovely little book that I bought to read to my daughter. It's exactly what I was looking for and includes Edward Lear's books rolled into one.

I bought this for 6 year old grandson who loves Dr Seus but decided to keep it back for a while until he'll understand more of the language.
