l am delighted with this tablet. l am 87 and not very technically aware. However this tablet was easy to set up,. it was great to have an English type plug, once you worked out how to get the third prong out. it is lightweight and easy to hold. the screen quality is excellent and battery life is also very good. l use it for playing my games and emails etc. l needed to get away from Amazon Fire as they have so many restrictions, wont let you have Google not matter what you try. l would recommend this tablet as an all rounder. Price was excellent as well. one of the reasons l chose Blackview was my mobile phone is also Blackview and is excellent. Well done Blackview for an excellent Tablet

This is a good mid range tablet. It handles general tasks well and reasonably quickly. The screen is very bright, so good for outdoor use, indoors it's turned down to about 30% which is more than sufficient. The night mode is nice as it takes off that harsh glare. Battery life is a mixed bag and for average use would just last a day ... So,a power bank would be needed for long use with a bright screen. The Android 11 OS is very good, I especially like the smart storage option. With a fast 64gb micro SD installed the smart storage placed supported apps on the card along with photos,videos and personal files. I would have liked more control, but do far all is good.My only gripe is that the screen orientation is very slow to react, on occasions I have to tilt the unit so the screen is almost pointing down before it works.Would I recommend this ?Yes, for basic general tasks and surfing it performs well. Games ..I asked my niece to try it out with games ... She said it was laggy and screen responses not good enough ...Her actual verdict "pants" but OK for you - I don't play games 😐.So, good for price, good build quality, battery a bit lacking and "pants" for gaming .Update October 2022...After just 5 months of low use it is now totally useless! :Auto Screen rotation not working. WiFi connection useless beyond a few metres from the router and it continually loses contact with the installed SD card (high speed U3) needing a reboot and/or remove and reinstall. Too late to return and zero response from the seller.Clearly hyped up Chinese junk.Have now purchased an Amazon HD 10+ the difference is night and day.DON'T BUY THIS

This tablet is great value for money. I mostly use it as a Kindle for which it is excellent but I have also added a microSD and can now also use it for my audiobooks and music library. Alongside TV apps it makes the perfect entertainment device, and all for a low price. Screen resolution and sharpness is good too. I would recommend this tablet.

We bought this tablet in July 2022 for an elderly friend, and it has been excellent for the last 10 months. Clear screen and easy to setup and operate. Now sometimes it just closes down unexpectedly. But customer service have responded very well and are sending a replacement.With this kind of service you can buy with confidence.

For a while the tablet always seemed to lose but not gain power. The answer is that, in four months, the power input has degraded to where you cannot charge the device. From the start the only volume control was the physical buttons & they began to perform erratically, just after return-window ended. The audiojack does not transmit sound & sound-quality is so poor as to make Netflix a chore to hear. For the audiojack, I tried with a few different headsets, all to the same fail.

Tthe battery doesn't really last long for normal use. And it takes long time to recharge. 8 hours from 0% to 93%

I recently purchased a Blackview Tab 6 for my son, I requested assistance via the the contact manufacturer portal to resolve a spares issue, and received a reply within 12 hours asking for further information which when sent was acted on immediately. Problem resolved within 48 hours with the outcome well above my expectation. Well done Blackview Customer response team a first class service I cannot speak to highly of the service I have received.
