Product not as advertised
Missing the Grip ribs at both ends from the center. This would have been okay if the weight was less. But for 12.5kg dumbbell this lack of grip is very dangerous. No reaction to my return request with replacement. Very disappointed with the sellerUPDATE 1 : : My Replacement request was put on cold storage for 30 days and Amazon and seller have closed it stating that return window is closed!!!UPDATE 2 :: Return initiated by Amazon after I escalated the complaint on not getting any response from seller. I am waiting for the replacement now. ONE STAR rating will stay. Will never recommend this brand or buy anything from their store again just due to this unprofessional behaviorUPDATE 3: : Got refund from AMAZON. Bought a slightly costlier but good quality dumbell from competitor brand.
