I love the vibrancy and the range of colors we get for the price. The paynes grey is a delight to work with. The pan size is also much bigger which is nice. I would definitely recommend.

Wow, these are just gorgeous! These are beautiful and go down like Wink Of Stella. Very shimmery metallic. The price is very good and unbelievable for what you get. The pans are large,completely full and will go a long way and they pop out of the case. The color names are kinda wonky but you get both black and white DIY swatches with the names and correspond with the paint pan placement in the case so you can see exactly how the colors look on paper. The case is a very sturdy metal. This is a good choice for anyone wanting beautiful shimmery watercolors. I just bought this today but I can see that I am going to use it alot so I'm going to buy another set right away just to make sure when I run out, I can still have some.

Wirklich gute Aquarellfarben. Die verschiedenen Arten (normal, Leuchtfarben, Metallic-Farben) laden zum experimentieren ein. Die Farben sind farbstark und überwiegend transparent. Excellente Farbauswahl, mit der auch eine geteilte Primärfarbenpalette möglich ist. Selbst die Erdfarben sind meist anständig pigmentiert. Nur die Brauntöne lassen etwas zu wünschen übrig, da fehlt ein wirklich dunkles Braun. Die Farben verlaufen schön, wodurch man auch gut nass in nass arbeiten kann. Außerdem ist es möglich, die eigene Farbreihenfolge zu wählen. Die Näpfe sind groß, so dass man eine Menge Farbe bekommt und man nicht so bald nachfüllen muss.Es gibt einige kleine Kritikpunkte, die aber bei dem Preis absolut keinen Punkteabzug rechtfertigen: Es ist von der Qualität her eher Akademie-Niveau, aber echte professionelle Künstlerqualität kann man bei diesem Preisniveau auch nicht bieten. Die Farbkarte ist eingeklebt, so dass man den Deckel nicht als Palette nutzen kann. Außerdem ist die Dose innen nicht weiß lackiert, so dass man keinen Teil als Palette nutzen kann. Dann sind die Farbnamenhäufig Fantasienamen (auf Englisch), die keine Standard-Bezeichnungen sind, die dann evtl. auf das Pigment schließen lassen. Auch gibt es keine Angaben zu Pigmenten oder der Lichtechtheit. Die letzten beiden Punkte sind nur für erfahrene Künstler wichtig.Als Einsteigerset absolut empfehlenswert, da der Preis wirklich günstig ist, und die Qualität ausreicht, um nicht frustriert zu werden. Auch für Leute empfehlenswert, die eher im Bastelbereich unterwegs sind, da die Farbauswahl sehr groß ist. Die Farben lassen sich gut mischen. Für erfahrene Künstler würde ich wegen der fehlenden Informationen diese Palette eher für Skizzen und Skizzenbücher emfehlen. Auch für die Kalligraphie mit Aquarellfarben ist diese Palette durchaus ausreichend. Auch als Geschenk empfehlenswert, sowohl für ältere Kinder, als auch für Leute, die mit Aquarellmalerei anfangen wollen. Wer Aquarellfarben nur mal ausprobieren will, der ist hier genau richtig. Da es keine Pigmentangaben gibt, kann ich zur Giftigkeit der Farben nichts sagen.

I saw these reviewed on the YouTube channel of an artist that I follow, and since most of my art equipment is still in storage, due to being recently returned from overseas, I decided to take advantage of the reduced price, and buy myself a set of these MozArt paints. And I am so glad that I did. They are spectacular! Vibrant and highly-pigmented, they lay down easily, mix well, and even lift.I was a little dubious about the metallic colours at first, and to be honest, I'm still not completely sold on them but they have provided a nice touch to some Christmas cards I just painted for family members. The metallic white however, is not really metallic - it's more pearlised. But actually, it works very well for 'snowy' accents.I'm not keen on the neon colours, and as yet, I can't see where I may have a use for them straight out of the pans but they may be useful to mix with other colours. Never say never, eh!Are there better quality paints to be had? Of course. But to be perfectly honest, even at full price, this set is still an absolute steal, and I have no hesitatation in recommending it.
