’ve been running this Windows 11 Pro OEM System Builder edition for a full year on my new PC build, and it has been absolutely perfect. I have experienced zero crashes or system instability during my daily use.As someone who focuses heavily on local machine learning, this OS has been a massive upgrade. It integrates flawlessly with all of my AI models in ComfyUI, managing system resources and my high-end hardware without a single hiccup. It feels significantly snappier and more stable than Windows 10 ever did. If you are building a modern workstation for heavy compute tasks, Windows 11 Pro is rock solid and highly recommended.

Product is exactly what was advertised. Remember its mounts on a new system and can only be used on that system. You can go to Microsoft store pay more but that includes tech support and being able to mount this windows Pro on a couple more times! I purchased a Lenovo ThinkCentre Micro Desktop with Keyboard & Mouse, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB SSD Drive and I could never get windows to boot. It was locked at login telling me that it was not a new unit. I went into the bios and low and behold it was from late 2024. So I could use it I loaded Mint Linux and Ubuntu on same drive so I could use it and decided to get new ssd and a new windows operating system. As I write these words I am creating a recovery drive if I ever need to restore!

I ordered this on July 20, 2023 and it has been one of the most difficult operating systems I have used. And to put this into perspective I have been managing my own windows machines since the early 2000s and at one point was working as an IT professional in a windows shop. key issues: GameBar is an included software that is designed to capture your screen and share it. This software was incredibly difficult to remove from my machine and caused massive performance issues. I would see anywhere from a 10-40% decrease in frame rate and performance while gaming on my machine. Windows updates, specifically the 25h2 update, have been troubled and introduced a plethora of bugs and issues to my machine and anyone I have talked to who used this product. The 25h2 update was the one that introduced a lot of the performance issues mentioned from GameBar above. For about a year I had my updates disabled to prevent updating to this windows version. This is a massive security risk mind you. Not to be cliche but at this point I would highly recommend another operating system such as Linux if you are remotely technical. Otherwise I would grab a MacBook if it is in your budget.

I always build my own desktop PCs. The Microsoft System Builder has become my go to for every operating system I install. It never fails, never stalls, always works seamlessly. Best of all there is no bloatware, Malware, or add-on software.

$160 for a free product. I own a Dell. STD pricing at time of purchase was $80. FUN IN 3 Curtain Monte Land :-) But I bet Novell will print to it…

Is windows, does his job, try to keep the installation clean to reduce the reporting and other intrusions of Microsoft and it should be mostly fine.

This was an easy install, once I got the disk in the mail. I still prefer physical media when it comes to windows. Be warned, you do have to have a pc that meets their new hardware requirements. If you go to Windows website, you can easily verify if your pc is compatible to the new 2.0 tpm security requirement to provide a more secure pc environment. What does 2.0 tpm really mean? If you don't know, no worries. Like I said, go to the Microsoft website and search to see if your computer is Windows 11 compatible, or talk to your local computer Nerd. FYI This is an Authentic place to buy a new copy of Windows 11 with a cd key.

It did its job correctly. That's all.

Seamless installation. Good operating system, so far

Windows 11 home 64 bit received DVD and peoduct key is genuine as it got activated after installation. My DVD does not open so not able to install software. Had to download Windows 11 from microsoft website prepare a USB ISO file (8GB) and then install.

Easy to install. perfect if you've a customised pc
