Informative and helpful
I'm only in chapter 3, but chapter 1 has already made me cry, and not the bad kind. It taught me what I'm going through and why it happens and that I'm not alone. It has exercises that make you think and feel like your in a therapy session. It is not a book to read through and be cured. Chapter 3 is an exercise that takes a week. I feel as long as you put the work in, it will benifit you if you struggle with health anxiety. As of now I do feel calmer because of the information it gives and I'm excited to see what happens once I'm done.

Made me feel more anxious :(
In the beginning, it talks about how even though people have health anxiety, there ARE people who should be weary of their health... This made me even more anxious, because I immediately thought "oh, I am pretty sure I am one of these people. So this book doesn't apply to me" and I stopped reading. :|
