This kit manufacturer has great customer service and so does it sellers on Amazon. When I received it it had a couple of major dents in them ladder that I was able to straighten out seller contacted the manufacturer and they did not hesitate to issue me a partial refund this was done within a matter of about 24 to 48 hours. It is very simple to put together if you just look at the pictures and the parts when you get them it is not difficult at all I know other side buyers were complaining that there was no instructions. There are no instructions but the picture in the parts are self-explanatory. I was able to mount mine with two people putting it on top. And then if you want to use a hard shell carrier on top of that mine worked perfect I just had to remove the front plate to get it to sit flat that would be difficult if you decide to mount lights in the front of it but if you’re not mounting lights it works great all the way around it has been on our Jeep jk for about 5000 miles and not one screw or nut has come loose

Huge issues. So first no instructions thankfully someone else posted detailed pictures on a jeep forum I was able to see. Secondly not enough screws washers or bolts I had about half of what I needed and had to start a Lowe’s run before I could even get started. Lastly and the biggest issues…… the paint is all scratched up like no other product over ever received I’m gonna have to sand and prep before I can even paint some pats are already bent but after looking at how much I’ll have to pay to return it’s cheaper just to give it away or completely redo it….. long story short don’t do it

Fits great and had all parts, could use better instructions

My biggest issue was a result of the shipping. Product comes with 2 boxes (ladder & hardware followed by the roof rack), which are both really heavy. One box came tore up pretty bad and the other ended up with ALL of the hardware becoming loose in the box. Lost quite a bit of the nuts and bolts.Overall, after assembly (bad directions) and mounting (very heavy, which is good because it sturdy), the product looks great!Time to assemble was a few hours. You’ll need help with lifting.Standard light pod size is 3.75-4. One would assume this rack would accommodate these. Not the case; you will need 2 inch lights or grind to fit larger.Rack started to rust after 10 days of light rain. A little disappointed.

Snapped on both sides that hold it on and at the bottom of the rack. I don't go off roads or anything and this has snapped and I don't know what to do other than try and weld new pieces. But it has wore the paint off .y doors and broke pieces off the lip of my jeep. Might be a faulty one but it costs me quite a bit and now it's going to be a project.

Roof rack arrived wrapped well with packaging. The quality is pretty decent for a budget rack. Individual parts feel heavy. Once assembled and installed, it's study. Biggest con is the paint's thin and surface scratches already showing minor rust.

Looks great, feels sturdy, not too difficult to assembly. Just make sure you put it together COMPLETELY before putting it on top of the vehicle. You will need help to bring it up to the hard top, though.I really wish there was a way to slide it more towards the back so I can fully utilize my Bestop sunrider. Other than that it is a good looking item.
