Amazing
The media could not be loaded. This is only the second gunpla I've put together after the newer Lfrith gundam. It was a lot more work, but it was well worth it. It's pretty decent by default but I wasn't satisfied with some of the color correcting stickers. So after painting the red, yellow and green parts with gundam paint markers, and using black 003 micron pen for panel lining and dirty smudging, and sepia micron on the yellow pieces, it finally looks perfect to me. If you're willing to put in a little extra work, I think this is the best looking Barbatos model out there.

Overall Great Build
My box came dented on the top and corner since it was packed in a paper shipping envelope. Luckily the contents inside were undamaged. This model kit has 2 accessories: the mace (with an extendable handle) and the tail/backpack. The tail end can be placed on the wire provided in the kit or behind the Gundam. This model kit also provides stickers, with the feet claw being the hardest to apply in my opinion. The set also comes with 2 pairs of hands. One set of claws and another set of fists to hold the mace. My only gripe with this kit is that the shoulder armor falls off easily since there's not much securing it. Overall, joint articulation is pretty good and posing with this model is fairly easy. Wrist movement in this model is minimal since the arms are longer than average kits. Just don't expect to do any crazy poses without a stand.

Great kit worth the money
Honestly I dont have any problems with this kit. I’ve seen reviews on YouTube where the main complaint was the joints and how it couldn’t hold the giant weapon it has, but it holds it just fine and what ever pose i put it in it doesn’t fall or lose it.Ik I have to wait over time to see the flaws but as of rn it’s perfect the only thing that bugs me is the large sticker sheet that it comes with where the more important parts such as the tail weapon and the toes are giant yellow stickers and I’m not really fond of that but besides that it’s a 8/10 model kit and it looks amazing out of the box

Read this BEFOR buying, and give it some thought.
After building the 1/100 scale of this and several other Barbatos forms in the 144 scale this one I wish I could give a 3.5 to not a solid 4 stars.the build time was short compared to the Barbatos and the Barbatos Lupus forms, totaling in at about 45 mins from start to finish no additions besides parts (no decals). I found the 100 scale was a fun build and worth the time, and even did small details that make this one fall short.1. The toes, and tail are not solid colored plastic, I can forgive the fingers not being yellow tipped claws, but after building the 100 scale of this and seeing how they did the toes and the tail there really is not much of a reason to do them like they did on the 144.2 The balance, the over all build for this is not stable for an easy dramatic pose. (If we where to say that build fighters was a real thing this build would fail, being over all unbalanced with or without the mace, it would fail being a top contender) though I have not put much time into this because I am waiting on the GSI Creos Gundam Marker Iron Blooded Orphans Set to come in so I am happy about not doing the decals but finally have it completed right. ( I will review those when they get in and have been used)3. If I could forgive the rest of it it was still lacking after the 100 scale or the other mentioned 144 forms, it feels lacking of parts. I have built a lot of Gundams, ranging all the way back to the Gundam Wing days. and most take about 1 hour to build, this one took about 40 mins and the most difficult part in this case to put on was on the head. and if that went on smooth i feel it would have taken me 30 mins.Do I still recommend this in the end...YES knowing what I know now about it IT HAS ITS FLAWS, though it dose still look really cool when its done. I just feel that it lacks some in parts that could have been addressed better in the concept stage, such as the tail and the toes. I know this is not the size of the 100 scale and normally the 144s have less parts and less details, but some of the little things that this should have, to me really hinder me being able to give it the full 4 stars.

Easy and A nice product.
I am a beginner at building Gunpla as a hobby and I heard recommendations to build This model as a beginner and gotta say it’s a good one, although some parts I probably will paint once I get more experience in this overall it’s a very good choice. Works well in posing as long as your a bit careful with the torso but that reattaches pretty easily so it’s not a big Issue and the only real difficulty I had was the stickers..though the blame for that lies with me as I never really used stickers enough to get a feel for precision but nonetheless I am very satisfied with the product and recommend this for fellow beginners of this hobby.

Good introduction to model building
Got this for a teen. This is a high grade HG model which is less complicated and made for younger builders. It’s great quality as are all Bandai Gundam models.
