I have a GL1800 and this thing from the back of my bike over the front windshield all the way down to my front tire?

Yes it will fit. I have a 2012 with a bigger windshield and it works

Yes ! It fits tightly over the windshield , could be a little bigger but works fine . I got it to cove my 1999 fl old wing so it is a big bike

Will it fit over 1989 Goldwing with the tall windshield?

Yes it does, but it is cheaply made and it deteriotes really fast

Super large size bike cover. Fits my goldwing tour 2021 perfectly!Might not work for outdoor use as the material is quite thin. But if you are parking indoor in a garage, its perfect!

product quality is normal, i choose XXXL for my harley davidson Road Glide and its NOT fit , so if you have plan to but XXXL for harley davidson bagger or touring be sure it wont fit, go for larger size
