Price, quality & performance.
The lights as inexpensive as they are come with stainless steel hardware and are built very well they work great it's got a nice flood pattern I'm using them as reverse lights on my RV to help me see a lot better. These were just great nice and bright. And you can't beat the price and quality. You can expect to pay at least three to four times the price and it would be worth it.

Overall, pretty decent lights. Crap CS.
Good lights, bright lights, cheap lights. This is how I describe these. I've used these on boat trailers, Trailers, eBikes, lawn mower, and as extra backup lights. No major issues, just know the hardware is NOT stainless steel, and will rust. I clear coat the mount, and brackets to prevent rusting. I also seal around the lens with silicon. The wires are 18awg...maybe, but work fine overall. These are bright, and draw a low amount of power. Hope this helps.

Good till they're not
These are sure bright enough, and fairly easy to install.I had one problem that you need to be aware of, the entire mounting block is clamped onto the already sketchy cooling fins, cooling fins!! These fins are barely tacked onto the sturdy body of the lamp, and that's fine, they're cooling fins! But to clamp onto those sketchy fins for the block mount is dumb! Reminds me of those car vent mounts for your iPhone 9000, what could possibly go wrong. Because of this I had to buy another set when my 7-yr old bumped into the lamp and ripped the fins off. The lamp still works, just no way to remount it with the cooling fins ripped out.On the positive side, they're inexpensive.

Nice, bright lights... crap hardware.
I used these as reverse lights on my truck. They've only been on there about a month. So far, so good. The hardware, however, is about as cheap as cheap can be. The screws have ZERO strength. 1 screw stripped going in. 2 others snapped all together. Also, a lot of putting everything together is "common sense", but some basic instructions wouldn't hurt.Hopefully the lights, themselves, last a bit (fingers crossed).

Light review
Purchased for a golf cart used on a farm to replaced failed headlights. The lights are really bright & illuminate the dark areas as we gather up the goats at night. The lights were easy to wire & easy to operate. Great value, excellent quality and highly recommended product! Perfectly does the job I had bought the product to do.

Great lamp for the money, quality.
Nice quality, heavy duty aluminum body. Quite bright for their size. This is important for smaller vehicles like my Kawasaki Teryx. The stator will only generate so much electricity into the battery, so you want your lighting system to use less energy than the stator can place back into the battery. This keeps the battery from running down leaving you stranded. Always check to see how much electricity your generator/stator/alternator puts out. Check to see the OEM vehicle draw in amps, this is the total amount of amps the vehicle is allocated to use when new. Subtract the OEM stated vehicle electrical draw from the amps the stator/ alternator/generator puts out. This will tell you how many amps you can add onto your vehicle system. With that answer, add up your proposed lighting amps, use 80% of that figure.

Great value for money!
They were so easy to install. The wire length was on point. They are very bright and durable.. overall great value for money. Lifespan is very good . Had them installed for a while now .

Great lights
These lights are good, but are definitely floods and not spots. I debated for a while about which to get, and ultimately went with these and mounted them on the A pillars on my truck as ditch lights. My high beams don't have much spread to the left and right and for the most part throw the light pretty far center so I decided auxiliary lights would be most helpful if they had more spread than throw. So far that seems to be holding true but I think these would be best used in combination with other spot lights or a spot light bar.Construction:They feel solid and none of the alan head screws were loose upon arrival. The metal doesn't feel cheap and the mounting hardware is all pretty solid. They have been on the truck for over a month in all kinds of weather with no rust issues so far. I did seal them up with silicone around the lenses before mounting so I can't speak for the waterproofness, though I have had absolutely no fogging or visible water inside after sealing.Beam:The beam characteristics definitely depend on where you mount these, but when mounted on the A pillars as ditch lights they flood light nearly 180 degrees. Plenty of light onto the sides of the road/trail and upwards into the trees. Definitely a big help on country roads, ranch roads and trails. There are tons of deer and game animals in my area and these definitely help to see what's on your left and right when driving.Wiring:I used a Nilight 2-lead wiring harness with a rocker switch and pre-wired relay to wire these up. The harness is good quality and is 10395838204x easier than making your own. However, the positive and negative leads turned out to be too short to reach the leads coming off the lights so I had to make extensions for one side, and an extension for the positive (red) wire running to the rocker switch inside the truck. This won't be a problem if you're mounting the lights closer together or on a smaller vehicle, but have some extra wire and connectors on hand in case you run into this problem mounting them on a larger vehicle. Make sure you tape up all connections with electrical tape or heat shrink to ensure no moisture gets inside. This problem has nothing to do with the quality of these lights, this is simply an FYI and may just make your install easier.Overall these lights are indispensable and will last a lifetime. Even with the pre-made wiring harness you're still in it for less than $30 so why not pick some up. I will definitely be buying more Nilight products in the future and have no doubt that these will hold up for years
