Moved into a new build which has Bristan shower fittings, and the shower head holder gave up after like 6 months of use. Hadn’t come around to replacing sooner as other stuff had taken priority, but got this item based on the reviews and it hasn’t disappointed. It is width adjustable, and it holds on to the rail tightly without sliding down. Then the holder is solid as it can bear the weight of the shower head without it rotating out of position. It’s a great item, and doing its job perfectly, plus you’re supporting a small business!

My original shower holder thingy kept sliding down and wouldn't stay up. This is exactly what I needed. Cheap and solved the problem without replacing the whole thing. Easy to fit. No tools needed. Sturdy, stays up and easy to adjust. Perfect!

Does the job but not very tight it’s a tad loose & is plastic so not the best quality and not very sturdy.

It is a well made shower clamp and I wanted a metal one as the plastic ones start to crack in the middle after about 2 years. I’m really pleased with it. TIP: If one end of your shower hose does not fit in this holder, unscrew it and switch the hose ends - this worked for us as one end was 2mm wider than the other despite both ends being the same width/ thread internally.

Does the job but very flimsy and seems to only be held onto the pole by friction/ gravity rather than being "clamped" on. Installed easy enough and fits well

This was a quick purchase to solve an immediate problem withe a broken shower holder in a spare room which we have some friends coming to stay for a couple of nights. If this product lasts to couple of days I'll be amazed. If you have the time or money get a better quality one. It nearly holds the riser pole and the shower head holder (widest side) has ro have the neck of the shower head forced into it. Hopefully no one will want or alter its position.

This is an easy to fit item it took me minutes to replace and looks sturdy and good to operate.

Description misleading as it is for rail mounted, height adjustable shower head This is not as lightweight as if it were made of ABS plastic - per the vast majority of other shower head holders - but this is a plus! I was concerned until I fitted it that it might easily drop off the shower riser and damage the shower basin. On fitting it to a 25mm riser, it is a very tight fit and this seems unlikely due to the combination of the high spring tension and high stickiness of the grip material. Potentially, with ageing, this could be a problem. Of more immediate concern was the stiffness of the tilt, which may not be enough to hold a heavier shower head at any angle other than vertical with ageing. I would be prepared to pay more for a product with a stiffer tilt, or maybe clickable tilt positions, but the variety of basic designs of shower head holder available here seems rather limited.
