This is the brightest black light device I have ever used, it has one drawback though and perhaps this is the reason the price was so greatly reduced. It looks like many "tactical" flashlights, but it does not feature a safety end cap. This means it can be turned on accidentally if in a pocket and the entire tube heats up very quickly using lithium batteries (which are required). Moreover, it cannot be on for any long length of time due to this heat production. I found out the hard way. I work patrol in a desert environment and get in and out of a vehicle frequently, thankfully I wear a duty uniform which is not easily torched, but the light came on after the end cap was pushed on while sitting in my vehicle between stops, resulting in a significant burn injury (a very fast occurrence). I have since corrected the situation by purchasing a case for the device worn on my duty belt... No more accidents, but the buyer needs to be aware and this is no kid's light.

Fun flash light. I original bought this item to use at work as I am a police officer but soon found out that I was having fun with it at home. If your wife every says "The floor is clean enough to eat off of." buy this cheap light and show her it is not.Great little flash light for the price.

Light is extremely bright, much better than ones purchased at local home improvement store. Only disappointing feature is trying to find the battery for this light. Had to order on line and also order a charger as they are rechargeable batteries.

Fantastic buy. Works as advertised. I use it to see if the dogs I sometime sit are marking around the house. Light is very bright and targets show up clearly. Great value compared to similar and more expensive lights. Cree is a great brand. This UV flashlight is so powerful, you need to be very careful with your eyes. It lights things up, even in a well-lit room. I compared its light to my SRT7GT, and this light kicked my GT's rear. If you are looking for a super-bright, true UV flashlight, this is the one! I'm very impressed.

Do not buy! Safety warning should be on this light. I used this light for five minutes. It became so hot that I had to turn it off. The light cooled down but never came back on there was a burnt wire smell in side. The flashlights wiring is poorly made I don't think I can handle the voltage from the required battery causing a safety issue if it were turned on and left alone not being held in the hand they could heat up enough to where the batteries could explode. Not one to write a bad review but this one definitely deserves bad review due to safety reasons. I'm also do not have a timely delivery

Thought I was ordering a purple colored flashlight with std bulb rather than a black light with a purple light...make your ads clearer.

I only had my uv lights for 30 days now. It was a great buy untile I had to buy $25 batteries for one of them.So I decided to order rechargeable batteries for the uv lights and they both are not working. Wtf? It's The right size I know for sure. The light came on and just went out like all my batteries are dead but I'm showing that the batteries are fully charged.
