Happy feet
I bought these to go in my trainers that I use for walking. The outsole and insoles was wearing thin and my skinny feet were starting to hurt. You know how when something arrives and you want to try it straight away. Well I put these in my slippers to see what they were like. I know slippers aren't supposed to supportive but these felt really good. They stop my feet from pronating and sliding around and if course add extra cushioning. Swapping then into my trainers has meant no more pain and a much more cushioned feel to walking. The only negative being that they trap a lot of heat and after walking a couple of miles my feet are uncomfortably hot. This might be a positive in the winter.I've now bought a second pair to keep in my slippers, and to keep my feet happy indoors and out.

No Heel Pain
These were installed in my hiking boots which are worn daily on my 5-6 mile walk with my dog in the forest & rural lanes here. The improved comfort factor was immense both walking & when I get home & take them off. Usually the backs of my legs & my heels are aching badly but these have solved that. The fact they were inexpensive has me wondering why it took me so long to try them. I was so impressed with the pair that arrived i have ordered another 2x pairs for my other ( non hiking) boots.

Good quality
You can put these in the fridge for a little while to cool hot feet or for a hot head if you haven't used them for your feet yet. So gel on the bottom and black fabric on the feet side. If you make cotton slips to go over the top part then it will be even better so you can wash and change that part.

Very thin and little support
These are not doing anything fit my feet. They are comfortable but they do not have any support.

Does the job better than you think when you first start using them
When I first put these in my shoes my feet were sore, doing a lot of walking and the shoes I had were cutting my feet to bits on the basis that I've had them nearly 4 or 5 months. You could blame the shoes but with the walking I do you start to realise that all shoes are designed like that and pavements are designed to do the same. Keep you going back and buying a new pair. Apparently all shoes come with a manufacturer warranty of around 2 years depending on the manufacturer but legally I think it has to be 3 months. However if you take them back you will get comments like "well they have had a lot of use".....yes I walk a lot and they are shoes!! I just can't be bothered to fight the moronic attitude you get at these places anymore so I though I would just try some insoles and see how it felt.At first these insoles feel like they aren't helping as much as they should be but after a day of walking in them I noticed that it was actually like the bottom of my feet where getting a little massage. Little pockets of appropriate pressure while walking which didn't fell that comfortable but over time did seem to help my feet more and more. My feet started to feel better within a few day and now feel like they are completely healed apart from the fact that I have ankle socks on at the moment and the shoes are now cutting into my ankle!!It does make you question why they don't make it standard to put these kind of insoles in the shoes they sell in shops though doesn't it? Surely it wouldn't cost them a lot to do, it would help shoes to last longer and would stop people that like to walk a lot get sore feet. So why don't they do that? As I've said on previous reviews before, all the products, all the brands and all the companies that have access to sell in high volume are owned by the same satanic cult that want to keep you in frustration, coming back to pay again and again and never receive anything of any true lasting value so these insoles in some way help to fight back against this energy you could say!
