Refrigeration Technologies RT201B Nylog Gasket/Thread Sealant, 30 ml (1 Pack)

The Nylog arrived promptly. Used it in the installation of a mini-split. The product is easy to use. The mini-split has been working beautifully with no refrigerant leaks during testing and operation for about three days so far.

Nice little squeeze bottle, like the white glue uses. Easily poors onto the threads of un-gasketed refrigerant lines. Let dry over night and drew down a vacuum and the vacuum held for another 4 hrs with no signs of leaks. Refilled the refrigerant and away we go. NICE cold A/C. A small bottle will last a Automotive Pro a few months, a Shade tree R-134a user will have 1000 X more than they would need. For 1 time use little 2g tubes would be fine for home. But for the Pro. EXCELLENT value for the THE BUCK. Highly recommend.

Works as intended

I grabbed this stuff for installing a couple of heatpumps. It came highly recommend as something that is needed if you don't want to redo your work and for the price it's definitely worth it. I applied it to all the flare fittings and all my connections were great on the first try. This stuff is like a rubber(but not rubber) gasket that doesn't dry. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

Fantastic Stuff! I installed a new mini split AC unit and had a vacuum leak. I bought this stuff, put it on the flare fittings, and after torquing it to spec....BAM! No more leak. This stuff is amazing!
