I will be buying more, it did great. Only one time for about 2 mins did the wood stove have a smell. And it smelled like cooking vegetables oil. Almost like I was using a deep fryer. Heck it smelled less then when I use my deep fryer. My stove looks amazing. It did so good, that I got family members who are going to have me clean there wood stove with it. You can't go wrong with this. Let me tell you, my stove was so rusted. Was in storage for 2 years, and the storage had a leak. Follow directions and you should be good to go.

Great stuff. I used it to go over a wrought iron piece of decor. The black is very matte and looks superb on whatever you use it on. I especially like it for gothic/dark academia decor pieces.

Brought my old wood burning fireplace back to life. I choose not buff the polish off and leave it a rich Matt black.

cleaned up an old wood burning insert. Had to use a disc to remove a lot of the rust. Most of the original black remained, but the grinding wheel took a couple small spots down to bare metal to prevent pitting. This polish turned everything that was not bare metal to looking very good, newish. I hit the bare metal with outdoor grill paint (not ideal but good enough) then added polish on top of that. It mostly worked, but there's a little bit of difference in the color. Functional was my main goal. preventing future rust second. Looking good enough in a very old place after all the effort. Happy and satisfied and would recommend again. New experience would probably help me avoid grinding things down too far in the future.

Wiped on and buffed off easily with a clean rag. It’s a gel like oily consistency with black pigment. Petty fool proof, excess that got on tile was also easy to wipe off. 40 year old tired looking stove got a much needed facelift. I’m totally impressed and wish I’d discovered this stuff decades ago!

This works great and is the best stove polish we've used with one exception: The black tint will rub off on your hands if you touch the stove surface after applying it and allowing it to dry. So just realize that you have to apply it and and buff the excess off the wood stove surface a couple of times in order to get the excess tint off. A little goes a long ways.

Works as advertised, but--- even though it came wrapped in plastic, the jar was only half full, with some slopped down the outside. A spill-and-resell situation? So it was actually twice the advertised price. Won't buy again.

This actually works! You have to keep reapplying every week but that’s ok. The black wrought iron on the stove looks 100% better

Love this stuff! Made my stove look new again! Don't need much to make it shine and black again and doesn't get removed when you use your stove again! Should last a long time and easy to use when needed.

Item arrived damaged leaking

Arrived on time and exactly as described. My gas top stove grates looked faded after 3 years so I gave this a try. The product went on smoothly and the grates look almost new again. Wash and clean the grates down first then dry before you use it for a nice finish. You don’t need much polish so it lasts longer between use. Very pleased with the results.
