If you are a size 9 exactly which size do you go for 6-9 or 9-12

I would advise size 9-12. I bought size 6-9 and I take a 7 in a shoe which & these fit me perfectly. As they’re not overly large.

Depends on how much your feet sweat. They're very comfortable and well fitted.

No not too warm. Just right with boots or trainers. Very comfy. For me anyway
