Great beginner kit
The description says 42oz, but I was able to fill it all the way to the top and get 10, 5+ oz. bars from the loaf I made. The cutters are also solid and comfortable to use. Perfect, affordable starter kit!

I used this for soap making and it did a nice job. The only little thing is I wish the silicone mold was a bit more sturdier. Other than that it’s a good product.

Surprisingly Pleased!
For $12.99 it was a great deal. First of all, I've been making soap since 1999 and have used all types of molds. Made my own wood molds when I started then went to rigid silicone from various manufacturers. All have pros and cons. Was looking to buy a new wood mold to make approximately 3 lbs of soap but thought I'd save money by checking out Amazon first. Came across this mold and though small at 40 oz, it does produce approximately 9 -1 inch bars of soap. It's more tall than the wider width I'm used to. I was skeptical when I saw the thinness of the mold but was excited to try a mold with the flexible silicone liner for easy release.It is small so one must make exceptions for that but it did the trick for a unique layering I had in mind. The next day, less than 24 hours later, the soap popped out of the mold like a greased pig. LOL . Sides and bottom completely smooth and my water discount made cutting the bars immediately seamless.This bar is scented with a FO called Bourbon Street which I have chosen to change for this bar to Smokey Bourbon, reminiscent of a smokey jazz club. I'm sure I'll get my money's worth. Would recommend to all soapers looking for an inexpensive small easy-release mold.

OK but...
They are a great size good price. The only downside is when I put my hot processed soap in the sides pull in. So in the middle when I cut my soap it is narrow.
