Exactly as pictured.
Great valve for delta products. Exactly as pictured. Also comes with a cover for protection while you build or remodel. It’s worth it.

Amazing for delta tub filler
The kit is not very easy to install and the instructions were not very clear. They referred to a stinger, which is simply a 2 x 10 or 2 x 12 cut to fit between the floor beams, but this didn’t make sense until I looked it up on YouTube. Once installed, it made the tub filler extremely easy to install and it’s very stable and I highly recommend this product but prep your plumber because it is a little unusual and if they don’t know the product, there is a video on YouTube that could help them out

Great, simple to install, but could use countersunk holes
Included instructions are basically just pictures but they are very clear and helpful. There's also video from Delta online. I haven't installed the finished tub filler yet, but the rough in was easy. I did have to solder connections to adapt to PEX, but it was easy enough. You have to do this on Delta shower rough-in valves also so I don't see taking a star off for that.I did take one star off because the mounting holes for the plate are not countersunk so you either need pan-head fasteners, or drill counter-sinks. I drilled counter-sinks shown in the pictures. If you install per the instructions, the top surface of the plate should be flush with the underside of the subfloor. If you leave the fasteners without countersinks, the subfloor won't lay flush.Alternatively you could recess the plate more, but when you tighten down the faucet nuts, you will be pulling the subfloor down, flexing it and risk breaking tiles.

Great quality and got the job done- exactly what I needed

Nice but no pex directly
Nice valve but cannot be directly connected to pex. You need to solder a little copper pipe in order to use pex. Didn’t know that when I bought it but otherwise, I like the valve.
