Seems to be the answer for me
I will update this review if needed after a couple of weeks of using this product. It seems to be working for me. I don't get upset stomach from eating dairy but it makes my face flush and gives me terrible acne. I've been taking this as directed the last 3 days when I've had dairy 1 or 2 times and no flushing. My skin looks great so far. Will know within a few days if this is really working but so far I'm really encouraged that I'll be able to consume dairy occasionally without skin flare ups. Really excited to have found this product! Works well for me, no stomach discomfort, easy to take on the go. Strength is just right for my needs. Awesome product!

Effectiveness
This product is great for anyone who has difficulty digesting dairy proteins, dairy fats; or the very typical dairy sugar (lactose). I could not digest ANY of those dairy ingredients! For most people, it’s usually lactose. If Lactaid doesn’t help, this product might! Worth it- changed my life!

Perfect for super sensitive tummies!
Better than lactaid! I was skeptical that these would help but they did! I took one before eating and I had minimal gas & bloating. I also didn’t have any loose stool after.. plus no breakouts the next day. 10/10 recommend for the super sensitive girlies like me.

Works well!
PROS:Does what it says! As someone who is allergic to milk protein (not lactose), I have had such a hard time finding a product that works for milk protein (besides lactose), but this one works well since it has enzymes for milk fats, proteins and sugars. Fairly priced.CONS:It can be difficult to determine how many capsules to take, since most people don't know how many ounces of dairy are in their food. Also, depending on what part/s of milk you have trouble digesting, you may need to take more capsules depending on the dairy product. For example, cheese has more milk fats and protein than a glass of milk, and ice cream has less protein. So... you may need to estimate and experiment. I usually take 4-5 capsules for a meal that has a lot of cheese or dairy. Depending on the dairy product, you may need to take more than the suggested dose.

A good value and works as described
I've used this brand for a lot of years ad it works great. I always keep a bottle in my car for those special moments when the family wants to pull over for a date shake or an ice cream. There is no taste and you can chew the easily even though they are not advertised as chewable. A very good value.

Works better than Lactaid for me too. No idea why.
I am not sure if it is placebo effect due to glowing reviews of this stuff or whatever, but I have been alternating using this and Lactaid when eating dairy foods for a few weeks as a personal experiment. I definitely feel a lot less bloated and am suffering from less gastrointestinal symptoms (gas, loose stools, or occasional diarrhea) of my lactose intolerance when I take this compared to Lactaid (or brands alternative to Lactaid that has the same content as Lactaid). This actually makes little medical/scientific sense to me that this would work better, because this actually has less lactase than Lactaid (or so I assume...I know the standards for units of these enzymes is a bit wonky, but a quick internet search seems to indicate FCC = ALU, and lactaid has 9000 FCC of lactase and this has 1000 ALU of lactase). Being a curious and questioning guy, I think there are a few possibilities of why it works better: NOTE THESE ARE ALL JUST GUESSES1. Perhaps a bunch of us that think themselves as "lactose intolerant" are also a bit intolerant of other things in dairy products besides lactose like proteins and lipids that this product's protease and lipase are helping digest...perhaps this is something along the lines of the subtle distinction of milk allergy vs lactose intolerance.2. Perhaps the protease and lipase are helping digestion of your food in general so that it somehow helps optimize digestion of the lactose.3. Perhaps the lactase enzyme extracted from yeast or fungi is just better quality compared to Lactaid. (it is from Aspergillus oryzae in the NOW Foods product...cannot find out where Lactaid gets their lactase from)4. Placebo effect.5. Perhaps I am just a complete idiot and need to brush up on my knowledge of nutrition and/or digestion.6. POWERFUL WONDROUS MAGICAL POWERSWhatever the case may be, personal experience tells me that I should just commit to using this product fully and forget about Lactaid. I am currently subscribed to this product.

It may work for some but not for me
Directions say that 1 capsule digests dairy products equivalent to one cup of whole milk; however I tried that. Failed. I have one tablespoon of whole milk in my coffee and long story short it takes 5 capsules to prevent the stomach upset and gas.
