BRADDELL FL-41 Rose & FL-60 Wayfarer Blue Light Glasses for Migraine Light Sensitivity, Fluorescent LED Lighting & Computer Screen Glare

The media could not be loaded. I have to say that this is one of my favorite finds on Amazon, not just because I was looking for some sunglasses to protect my eyes. I've suffered a recent brain injury in severe turbulence working one of my International flights. As a result, I have had severe photophobia, intense headaches, and visual disturbance. Even in low light conditions, my eyes seem to struggle. I wear these glasses everywhere. The Pinker ones are excellent for providing a calming effect inside for those of you who might suffer headache and in particular migraine. I've been a migraine sufferer my entire life, but this brain injury has managed to bring that to a new level. These glasses definitely help the photophobia. The browner lens is excellent for bright sunny conditions. As a bonus, the world just looks prettier through these lenses! On a recent trip to the beach in Miami, I let my husband try on my sunglasses so he could experience just how beautiful everything looked! The water was so pretty and the sky was lovely. I will continue to wear these even after I've recovered from the brain injury! I cannot end this review without saying how very impressed I am with the customer service. I was contacted by customer service to ask my opinion on the lenses. I had no issues and no reason to reach out to them myself, but the fact that they wanted to know how I found the product to perform and what my favorite lens might be, tells me that these folks have a real commitment to their product and to their customers. I hope they continue to create more quality products in new designs! And even more lightly shaded version of the pink lens that I might be able to wear when I go back to work would be fantastic. I can't serve passengers with sunglasses on, but would like something lightly pink tinted that would pass for normal glasses while making it slightly more comfortable to work under the odd lighting we have on aircraft. Sending that wish out into the universe. Haha!I hope this review is helpful!

Maybe these were too dark. They did mute the glare and make things seem calmer, but it was difficult to read from papers and the computer with the glasses on. However, the vendor was very willing to help me with my problem.

Pros: Wow, I didn't think the rose-colored ones would really make that much of a difference when looking at screens (especially TVs, which aren't always as accommodating with Night Shift tinting, etc.), but boy was I wrong. Definitely could feel my eyes relax more while wearing and seems to help ease the focusing dysfuction. Haven't worn the darker/ambery ones outside but have found them nice to have when I'm feeling more heavily light sensitive and want a little extra eye relief. Also, LOVE the case that they came with -- the dual-compartment thing is really nice and I appreciate that they included protective baggies and microfiber cleaning wipes besides. (Not gonna lie, would totally steal the case to use for my sunglasses + Rx glasses next time I take a trip haha.)Cons: Not dealbreakers by any stretch, buttt... I wish the frames were available in matte black. The shiny material isn't bad but like others have mentioned, it looks a wee bit cheap/plasticky when it's that shiny. They fit my face very nicely but I wish the frames were just a bit thicker. They look ever so slightly more like squared-off round glasses vs. true Wayfarer style one, where the edges are beefier. Again, for the price and the extras, would totally re-buy again in future if these ever broke or got scratched up. (They do seem pretty sturdy, though!)

From the get go when I was looking for light sensitiveness glasses I thought they look awesome. When I got them I confirmed that. I would say the pink/red ones are more for interior and the yellow/brown ones are more for exterior. They look much more browner and darker than the photos. But since I use them outside it doesn't make a difference for me. Of course it looks weird if I use them in the interior because it looks like I m using regular sunglasses inside of my work or house. definitely it took a while to adjust to use the red ones inside since people are not used to that color of glasses. But since I like the uniqueness of them I got use to after a few weeks.Loveeee themmmm!!!

The glasses have these metal pieces on the arms and they rip my hair out, while wearing them my hair gets caught on these and when I try to remove them it pulls my hair and when trying to put them on they grab even when my hair is pulled back in a clip or bun.The lens get really dirty and they are so difficult to clean, even with the provided cleaner, it leaves smears all over them no matter what. They are so foggy to look out of. As far as color goes, they are helpful for blocking glare and filtering led lightsuch better than the clear or yellow lenses from other name brands. The wayfarer style is smaller than depicted, I wish they were a little larder, becuase they are small and need to be a little wider for comfort.

Braddell Optics migraine glasses are hands down the best ones I have ever tried. I love them so much I have multiple pairs! My favorite part of this particular product is that it comes with an indoor and outdoor pair and a fantastic case to store them both.If you suffer from migraines, this is a great solution to help reduce the suffering.
