I never kept mine in the refrigerator. On a separate note; I bought several of these bottles and we didn't experience any benefit whatsoever. I recommend spending the money on something else.

I am dissatisfied with the product sent .Namely the container with the white cap.In the past , the product was shipped with a brown cap. Which had a more salean taste.Now the taste is bland. I was told that is was not fresh. Well it did nothing for me.Went through 2 bottles .

Less is not more.

I'm not sure what this stuff is supposed to do. I get a nice buzz from it, two capsfull on an empty stomach, 5 a.m.,mixed with filtered bottles water, light breakfast around 8:30 a.m. , coffee etc. Two more capsfull right before a really great night's sleep. Bottle lasted around a month. Very pleasant, kind of "trippy", I am 70 years of age.Here's the beef: Bottle came more or less full, total liquid height in tapered bottle around 7 1/2 inches, After settling¨ overnight, I noticed that actual product was only around 2 3/4 inches, that would be around 1/3 total volume.The rest is apparently brackish water. I live near the Paific in Guatemala, and can get all the brackish water you could ever want for free. I this how it's supposed to be?
