Byadagi chili's
Packaging is good. Byadagi chili's are supposed to give a rich red color but have low heat. I haven't tried these yet. Will try these in a masala and update.

Very fresh, with great aroma
This pepper bag had an incredible flavor when I opened it - like some peppers I make Thai curry paste with, so I made some, even though I got it for other dishes. Turned out great - a little hotter than the Numex I use in the curry paste, but still needed heat added. It's a little hotter than kashmiri peppers, but still not too hot, and has more flavor, I thought.

This is a "khaddi" type byadagi chilli not particularly suitable for cooking.
The type of bayadgi chilli that is useful for cooking is called "dhabbi". They are shorter and have a lot more flavor. This does not.
