It's got enough surface tension that you can dispense a drop at a time, but the second you touch it, it becomes watery and spreads quite a long way. You don't need much to cover your entire face and neck. It absorbs instantly. Although fragrance is listed at the end of the ingredients list, there is no discernible scent to this. The serum makes skin feel softer and reduces redness on application. It's a good multi-tasking formula with antioxidants, ferments, brighteners, Vitamin C, humectants, niacinamide, a mild exfoliant and skin soothers. Over time it will stimulate collagen, smooth skin. lighten dark spots and balance oil production. It's also a good value, as you're getting 1.69oz instead of the typical 1oz for $18 at the time of this review. My wife has been using this as a part of her skincare regimen. She's relatively young still (early 30s), and lucky for her, she looks even younger than her true age. She does a lot to maintain that youthful appearance, and she has been very happy with this collagen. I’ve been using this now for a couple of weeks. I was concerned because by day three my face was breaking out. I was going to stop using it but decided to keep on going. Then, just a a day later, my skin cleared up and it looks better than ever. I put it on my face and my neck twice a day. I use it instead of my moisturizer and my face looks amazing. Soo'AE Phyto Collagen SerumThis is a great vegan collagen serum that is probably perfect for younger skin but it didn't do much for my older skin. It feels very lightweight and must be combined with some sort of oil for this to have any impact on my skin. It does contain vitamin c and niacinamide which help to brighten skin. This is a good face serum to use after a mask...if you ever felt your face tight and dry after using one, this is what to use after that. Completes the routine.
