The electric thing is a gimmic. My wife hasn't really used this and so it is novel.... but really just sits in the cupboard

This is a great starter set if you want to make pretty drinks. My youngest is absolutely obsessed with this kit. It is very easy to use. Would highly suggest for anyone that has too much time on their hands and wants a new hobby.
