I really like this polish! My daughter is a dancer and is hard on her feet, so having polish last is tough. I was tired of getting her toes painted nice for competitions just to have them rub off from the floors in no time. I tried this and it lasts forever! Seriously I have to file it off to redo them after month because I cut all the white off. She dances 5-6 hours 5 days a week in the studio then trains at home. So she is hard on her toes to give you a picture of wear and tear. Just be careful to not get it on the skin around your nail because that will cause the polish to lift, as it will with any polish. Sorry for the photo, she took it messing around but it does show the polish.

I realllly loved this set with all the products in this kit! It has everything you need to do your gel nails at home. It's great for beginners, just takes practice. Make sure you do use a thin coat each application before curing. I kept learning the hard way I'd get heat spikes when I cured my nails but that's because my polish always went on too thick, and too quickly of a cure. It takes practice and time. Over all I really love this!!

This kit is excellent for a starter. Everything is included except for the gel remover. You will need to purchase separately.The kit comes with several color.I purchased a few more for Christmas gifts and the girls have been using the kit. No concerns

TLDR: follow instructions and use very thin coats of the polish and this stuff works great!After reading reviews this product, I was hesitant to buy, but decided to give it a shot- and I’m SO glad I did!Just finished doing my nails with this for the first time, and I’m impressed. Everything worked as expected and I now have awesome gel nails that I did at home!My UV lamp worked great, but this was only my first use- will update my review if this changes soon.The nail polish is quite thick, just like normal gel polish at the nail salon. It does have a slight odor- again- just like the nail salon does.I followed the instructions included extremely closely, and had a lot of success. I will say that it’s super important to use VERY THIN layers when applying the layers, otherwise they won’t set up right (it tells you this in the instructions).When curing with the UV lamp, I did 60 seconds per hand per layer and that worked great (exactly what it recommends in the instructions).I did notice the polish was slightly “tacky” after curing inbetween layers. But after the top coat was applied and cured, they were rock hard, like they should be. (The instructions say that this is to help the layers stick to each other, which makes sense. Just don’t touch your nails inbetween layers and you’ll be fine!).

I had thought I ordered the kit with the jelly/syrup polish, but received this. Colors are fine but not my style as I prefer the sheer colors. Other than that, this kit is fantastic. I realized I wanted to have my nails done every 2-2 1/2 weeks and didn't want to pay $50 a session for someone to scrap off half my nail and nick my cuticles. I realize these things happen, but I'm willing to take some extra time and gentleness and do this myself. Enter this kit. For the money, this is a great buy. However, to make your nails last three weeks or more, I strongly recommend you purchase the Modelones Nail Dehydrator and Primer set to go with this. I can't emphasize this enough. I ended up purchasing the Beetles gel polish in Pink jelly and the Milky White as these are the two colors I alternate between. The Beetles gel polish worked fine with the Modelones primer, base coat, and top coat. No problems at all. I've got compliments from strangers for the past few weeks on my nails so this combination of products will give you salon quality nails. I'm pretty hard on my hands and the polish held up great. Last night was the second time I used the kit, and things turned out great again. All the items I purchased to do my own nails paid for themselves with the first set I did. If you're on the fence about this product, just buy it. Don't forget the dehydrator and primer set!!!

Since I am no nail tech this was a great set! I just didn’t like the top and base coat it came with nor did I like the white. The top and base coat would separate on my nails as it’s curing or even sometimes before I stick my hand under the light. I just happened to buy another top and base coat along with this set because I knew from using a friends top and base coat that the brand she had worked really well. Now on to this “white” it’s not white it is more of a grey white which is very disappointing because that was the only color I know for sure I would use other than maybe black out if the whole set. I bought all of it with the colors etc. because I figured i might wanna try something new and it was on sale at the time. But no no no to that “white” and to the top and base coat that’s given.

I haven't used it yet but such a great value for the money. It has everything you need to do your own nails. It pays for itself by using it one time.
