Stress Relief Patches

I have struggled with sleep for as long as I can remember. I’ve tried everything, and these patches are what I consistently reach for to help me fall asleep. I have narrowed it down to the Valerian being the most helpful, but have not tried it alone. Though these are marketed for a calming effect, they are more of a sleep aid for me due to the sedating effects. This blend, for whatever reason, just works. It’s not a miracle worker by any means, but I feel it working minutes after applying the patch on my upper arm, and I’m able to fall asleep a lot faster. Do be careful when mixing this patch with alcohol or other sedatives, because it will enhance the effects of sedation. I’ll be a repeat customer as long as this company continues to make these patches!

I was really excited to try this product! I was going through some stressful days so thought of trying it. I come from a medical background so I can understand its not a panacea but more of an aid. To begin with, the adhesive is the worst part. It literally didn't stay an hour. Off course i didnt put a cream and stick it on. It had bubbles all over and was moving. The product didnt seem to help and in fact gave me a headache and made my face red and stressed me out. I was infact less stressful before using the product. Such a waste of money and inaccurate description! Instead invest in some essential oils and get the benefit of the mother earth.

Unfortunately, I received the wrong patch type. Which sucks because the product itself I love. But the ones I received have different ingredients that I can’t use. The calm patches are awesome in general and I’ve loved my first pack. But these are the wrong ones and no one in customer service has any interest in helping me out :/ a company is only as good as its team. But I love the patches so I’ll savor the ones I have I guess

I was skeptical at first, but these are actually helpful. They help you feel calm without being foggy or sleepy. I only put 4 stars because the patch sort of itches after a couple hours.

They really work! I don’t love to fly and I put one of these patches on about an hour before take off and I can tell I’m much less anxious during the take off and flight. They’ve been a game changer for me.
