versatile
These are perfect support pillows for those who need to keep their legs and back elevated after surgery. I also use them for knee pain after a long day on my feet or to simply sit propped up behind my back. I'm normally a stomach sleeper too, but with these I was able to adjust being on my back with little to no discomfort. They stay in place on the bed which I also loved.

Love this wedge!
I purchased this wedge pillow in preparation for my upcoming knee replacement surgeries. Shipping was quick. The wedge comes rolled up with the air sucked out to condense the pillow down to a manageable size for Shipping. When I opened the packaging, the wedge regained its shape completely in about 10 minutes. The pillow does have a mild odor, which is noted on the papers sent with it. The odor went away within a couple of days. This wedge gives excellent support while still being very comfortable to use. The quality of the stitching is great. I love the pockets located on both sides. They would come in handy when using this wedge as a back support while in bed.

No Complaints, Works Perfectly
Got this in ahead of my shoulder surgery. Had a total, reverse, right shoulder replacement and since I’ve previously had the left one done I knew what I’d be up against. Being stuck in a sling 24/7 and needing to be elevated to reduce swelling, this looked like the perfect solution and I’m not disappointed! One week, so far, of constant use. Sitting upright during the day and flipping it over to the lower angle to sleep on, it’s not showing any sign of flattening out. I’m sleeping pretty well considering this surgery is a painful one. I do know I’m far more comfortable this time around! It’s definitely worth the price and the support and comfort are really nice!

So-so
First off I should say that the second (smaller) wedge and pillows are not included. I have a lot of neck and shoulder pain and find it hard to get comfortable in any position. I purchased a smaller wedge a few months ago from a different manufacturer and find it very uncomfortable because it bends against the bed frame which puts my back at a weird angle. I'm in a temporary living situation and don't plan to have this bed for very long so I didn't want to invest in a decent headboard, and this wedge is thick enough that it allows me to sit up straight without the wedge getting bent or damaged in the back. That part I like. I also like that the cover comes off, so I could actually slide a thin piece of plastic, like a cutting board, inside to give the foam extra support so it wouldn't become damaged in the long haul. Unfortunately, that's where the fun ends. I find that there isn't enough lumbar support, in the upright position, so my lower back and butt hurt unless I use a pillow to provide extra support. I also find it uncomfortable to sit with my legs out straight in that position, so I use the wedge that I had you purchased previously to prop up my legs. This does seem to work so far. I can't use the wedge in the "sleeping position" because the foam is so thick at the lower edge that, again, it throws my lower back into a weird position. Plus I find the foam to be too firm, which hurts my neck and shoulders. However, I am a little like the main character in The Princess and the Pea in that I find most things uncomfortable. I considered returning this in ordering a much more expensive system that includes all the bells and whistles, but I believe the workarounds that I've put in place will do the trick. I can't say that I'm thrilled with the product, but for the price I'm willing to make it work. ***Update: I found that I can simply set the wedge on top of my bed's frame, and this makes it much more comfortable. Yay!

Great Pillow
I ordered this pillow for use after total hip replacement surgery. I had to keep my toes higher than my nose. They showed a photo of what they recommended... basically several pillows all rolled up to do the trick. So every time I would have needed to get out of bed we would have had to reset this. That sounded like more work than needed so I ordered this pillow. It is soft and comfortable. Easy to use and even has a handle for carrying. I haven't used the pockets on the sides of the pillow - don't see the need yet. I am still using it for my hip/leg but once that is no longer needed I am sure I will use it to lean on.My physical therapist seemed quite pleased with the pillow as well.
