This kit is a jip. Save your money and buy your own nutes and test tubes. Then take it home and sanitize everthing and walah!!! you have a 60+ dollar kit. it comes with 4 photo copyed pages for instructions and gives you links of videos to watch on youtube if you need more in depth instruction, and you will. The kits lame, instructions are lame, and the videos are lame, Tissue culture is pretty cool, but I thought id be able to do more with this kit. There are different types of culture that you can do from different parts of the plant. They each require a different nutrient solution, or at least different levels of the stuff that makes up the nutrient solution. With this kit you can do 1 type of culture, and not the type I wanted to try. I coulda thrown my own kit together for about 5 bucks worth of test tubes and about 10-20 bucks wortth of nutes, and done the kind I wanted. Save your money, watch a few of the 1000 other videos on youtube, buy your own tubes, order your own nutes, and go to work. Youll be ahead at least 40 bucks, probly more like 50.
