It leaks. I let it be installed and used for a week, hoping the leak will go away. It did not. The flappers are deformed.

Better Than Original
You can’t find these in a hardware store. Save time and aggravation and order an extra one or two for the future. All four of our toilets utilize this flapper. It’s easy to install and seems to be made better than the original. Fits perfect and resolves the leaky flapper problem and subsequent constant running toilet and wasting water.

They probably work
I have to agree with some comments about the packaging. Mine were both slightly deformed but were improved by soaking in hot water. I ended up buying a complete kit with matching parts to solve the leak but I can't blame these flappers for sure because it may have been the mating surface that was the cause. I'm keeping them because I have 2 other toilets that will probably leak at some point.

The media could not be loaded. It's works good on my toilet I love my new flapper it better then the old flapper the old flapper kept the water running so I got tire & had to buy a new one & it work it was the right fit for my toilet now I don't have to worry about replacing my toilet with a new one. It work good .

Defective Part - Does not work
The toilet flapper was leaking and I ordered this one through amazon. HOWEVER, the flapper I received a couple of days ago is actually leaking more than the original flapper. Thus, I ordered a new flapper from the original toilet maker (Gerber) and I hope that one stops the leak. In any case, I am very unhappy with the whole situation. Zero ratings for this product. I am not going to go through the trouble of returning a $10 item, but I think you need to know my experience

Bought universal ones a few months ago but the toilettes keep leaking. Ordered these and the fit perfectly and solved the issue
