This is an excellent product and a must-have for any Hunter x Hunter fan! Firstly, the design of the blanket featuring Gon Freecss and Killua is incredibly detailed and vibrant. Probably one of the first throw blankets that the product photos are accurate. Most of the time when I order manga or anime throw blankets for my Wife, the print quality doesn't reflect the actual product images. That's because the sellers usually Photoshop them, superimpose an image with the contrast bumped all the way up over a regular blanket. In this case, what you see is what you get. So my Wife, who is a fan of both the manga and the show, loved it. It's not going to keep you warm and toasty like a blanket your grandmother knitted for you. But that's not really the point to this sort of throw blanket. It's more something you toss on when you're relaxing on the sofa, and it's just fine for that.

The blanket is exactly as what they show.. There is a picture on one side, and the other side is just plain white, as you can see in the picture.. Both sides are very soft. The trim is sewn on nicely and evenly.. No loose stitching.. The only thing to really note is.. Do not expect this to be anything really warm.. This is basically a thin blanket that you would use to wrap up a baby in.. Mid t-shirt material thickness, type of thickness.. The only thing that I would say makes this a little warmer is because you get that insulating layer as the sides are soft and fluffy, like a long haired cats fur is.. In thickness, if it did not have a picture, it would probably be on the $5 rack at the store, in blanket thickness, size, and quality. So I am giving it 5 stars due to decent quality for what it is.. and knowing that, to be honest, almost all anime merchandise is way overpriced, just as you see here.. So the higher price is expected because of it.. Even still, I think that $30 is a bit pricey even with it being anime..

My daughter is obsessed with Hunter x Hunter so I had to get her this blanket. I gave it to her for her birthday and she loves it. The picture is clear and the boys look exactly like they do on the show. The blanket is extremely soft and plush. It is a throw size but not a really small one. My daughter is a tall teenager and uses this as her blanket to sleep with. It's not really heavy so it's not to hot which is great because it's always warm here. I'm glad I got this for her because she loves it and said it's her best birthday present.

You could probably fit what I know about Hunter x Hunter in a thimble, but I'm not really the target audience for this throw. Son #2 is, and this is one of his favorite animes. It's pretty typical of licensed merchandise. It's on the thin side but will work well for throwing over you while you watch TV. The graphic is vivid and sharp, and best of all, son #2 loves it. Expect it to be a bit pricey, but given what it is, that's to be expected. All things considered, I'd say this made a nice gift for my anime fan and I'd recommend it.
