Best Diaper ever!
This fits by 8 year old autistic son who has to wear this diaper at nights. It holds urine for at least 9 hours long. No leakage and it's better than most brands. Inexpensive and reliable

Satisfied with these briefs and their price
Good price and they seem to fit decently and hold a lot. The only leakage issue is with Hubs' habit of tucking all his shirts into the brief. If I don't catch it and fix it, the shirt obviously wicks up the urine and I end up having to change his clothes and the bedding. But this isn't a fault if the briefs. If he's been drinking a lot of water before bed, I will often put a guard pad inside the brief for added absorbency. All in all I'm satisfied with these briefs and will purchase them until I need something more.

Budget friendly quality product
I recently tried the Amazon Basics Incontinence Underwear for Men with maximum absorbency, and I have to say, I was quite impressed overall. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: Comfort Fit: The underwear fits comfortably and stays in place throughout the day. The elastic waistband is soft and doesn't dig into the skin, which is a big plus. Material: Made from a blend of cotton and synthetic fibers, it feels breathable and not overly bulky, allowing for natural movement. Absorbency Performance: As advertised, the maximum absorbency feature holds up well. I found it effective for light to moderate incontinence, providing reassurance without leaking. Odor Control: The odor control is decent, which helps maintain confidence throughout the day. Design Discreet Look: The design is quite discreet, resembling regular underwear, which is great for those who want to maintain their dignity. Colors/Sizes: Available in various sizes, ensuring a good fit for different body types. Price Value for Money: Considering the performance and comfort, the price point is reasonable. It's a cost-effective option compared to some other brands. Areas for Improvement Durability: They are durable enough to last for two days as long as you don't poop in them. Sizing: While the fit is generally good, some users might find the sizing a bit off. It's advisable to check the size chart before purchasing. Conclusion Overall, the Amazon Basics Incontinence Underwear for Men is a solid choice for anyone looking for reliable protection without sacrificing comfort or style. While there are a few areas for improvement, it offers great value for money and effectively meets its intended purpose. I would recommend giving it a try, especially for those seeking a budget-friendly option.

Best brand we've tried
My dad struggles with incontinence issues. He has tried several different brands of briefs ranging from Depends ($50) to NorthShore ($130). I started ordering these Amazon Basics briefs and his caregivers say they fit him the best out of the other brands we have tried in the past. He's got a little bit of a booty so they pull up just the right amount and are easy to rip the side seams for easy removal. They absorb and hold liquid well. I wish they came in other colors, more manly, but "tighty-whiteys" will have to do for now!

Don't compare these to Depends.
I honestly liked nothing about these briefs. I learned quickly that I will never purchase again. See, I'm a short guy so maybe these were not made for me. The leg opening is for fat guys for sure. I did not like the fit which left areas vulnerable to leakage. One soaking and done. I get three voids out of depends. The space was there in the pelvic region, but the strip of absorbent material was small. I felt like I was wearing a G-string bikini. Wedgy time . Sorry I had to leave such a negative review. But, I now realize those briefs are made for guys who are taller than me, have super wide hips, and who's crotch is between their knees. Edit: It's been several months, and I did give the underwear another chance to wow me. They are absorbent. They are only absorbent when standing. Sitting is another sad story. I was stuck in traffic and I do not possess the ability to hold my urine in. Well I hoped the IU would hold. They leaked very badly. My driver's seat was soaking wet as were I. Lesson is never sit while wearing those for protection. Lastly, don't wear jeans or trousers with them on. You will hear laughter a block away. I'm about to order a smaller size. Let's see that thong feature in a smaller size.

Great in an emergency
For price and reliability, this is a good product. When I have an accident, these disposible underware contain the leak until I can get to the men's room. They are not bulky and are very absorbant. They come out of the package comressed so an extra can be discreetly carried in a bag or pocket. They look a little like white briefs so when I put them on in a locker room they are not particularly noticeable.

not equivalent to RealFit
These were advertised next to Depends RealFit, which suddenly went up a lot in price so I figured why not. Well, they are absorbent, but the fit is very strange, cut high on the sides but hang low where the padding is, and the waistband doesn't fit anywhere normal, so I feel these would be prone to leakage at night, which is when I use them. Out of 56 in the package, I now now 54 that I won't use unless I have to, so I ordered RealFit at the much higher price because I know they work well for me. They're not a bad product, but placing them side by side with RealFit is misleading, intentionally or not, so I'm out $40 and am not a happy consumer. Edit: well, they are pretty leak resistant after all so I'm bumping my review up from 3 to 4 stars. They do feel weird-fittng, and it's hard to tell front from back but it doesn't really matter. They do the job and are much less expensive than RealFit, so I'll order them again.
