What is the maximum working pressure to which it can be pressurized? Can it be safely pressurized to 150 psi?

The bottle says max pressure is 200 psi, I regularly fill it to 150, no issues

does it have an attachable wand?

The Sure Shot Sprayer does not come with an attachable wand, however, it does come with a multi purpose nozzle.

Can this sprayer handle light grease?

I doubt it. You might be able to spray a light machine oil, maybe an SAE 5 or 10 at the most. The fill hole is about 1/2" which would make filling with grease quite difficult.

Trigger mechanism sticky when used. Would not close off immediately. Will sort itself out with some use I expect. Handy spray can for solvent fluids.

I'm impressed with the quality of the sprayer. Sturdy canister, durable gloss coating and imperial sized fittings. USA made. All individual replacement parts are available. Easily converts from mist to stream output. Simple to reload and pressurize. No leakage of content or the 125 psi I charge it with. Will hold up to higher pressure.
