Excellent quality product. I was a little worried about the 1 star reviews showing twisted mounting brackets - but these can easily be adjusted by loosening and retightening a couple of screws. Anyway, mine came properly aligned and the rail looks really good on the wall.

Towel rail as expected... Added bonus that the box it came in was the perfect size and height for Mummels to make a much needed external elevator for her dolls house

I loved it because it matched with my cupboard handles and looked great. I am returning it, and hope you check next time before posting it that it’s aligned and got all its hardware.I have just reordered it again, as it was really nice

Purchased expensive towel rail that took the longest time to arrive. Package was damaged but item looked ok until the workman tried to fix it to the wall. One side of the rail is way off 90° so won't attach. As the item is so solid not sure if force was used in transit or a manufacturer error, either way its useless. All avenues lead to return and wait for refund (I have to pay to return it and will have to purchase packaging) I want a replacement! Absolutely unable to contact seller, strange, have used amazon for years and never been so frustrated.

It matched our bathroom design very well, was easy to install, and is a good quality product. I am very happy with the purchase.
