Heavy Duty Long Shackle Combination Lock (1 Pack) Blue

I have 3 of these locks, I admit one of the reasons I purchased them was that they are nice looking. The 1st one I purchased in June of 21 and it was outside under the eave of my workshop. It froze and I could not fix it doing any of the maintenance you can do on a lock. So why the 5 stars? The seller, I sent an email and they sent me a new lock, 2.5 years later, impressive. As for the locks I'm hopeful it was a fluke, stuff happens, and the other 2 are still going strong. I will purchase from them again since they have a good product and stand by it.

I wanted to like this lock, just can't at this time after a year of ownership. MY DISECU doesn't lock anymore, all it does is go into the shaft and its suppose to lock when in shaft, and it did but not anymore. The lock is built sturdy, and I given it 1 star for sturdiness, but as far as functionality, it faded away over time.

Overall a well made lock. Easy to set your own code on it and the longer arm is idea for items that need it. The numbers are a bit on the small side to see late at night, but not sure there is much you could do to fix that given the size of the lock itself. Overall good value.

Works mostly. Yes, you can easily set your desired combination and it even opens mostly. Tolerences aren't great since it is difficult to open even when the correct combination is used. Almost always requires a blow from a hammer or other heavy object to dislodge the shackle from the lock body as it catches. Ended up throwing it away and purchased a similar size Master lock instead.

I have used Master locks for decades and the quality is not there anymore. These are solid, well made and not split case like the cheaper ones. Combos set well, I added WD-40 and they turn smooth. I bought 2 and just ordered 2 more. I will use them on my toyhauler in the desert so they will be tested hard and I will update.
