Can this work in The Middle East with adopter ?

You need to reach out to Braun corporate via their contact form to confirm this. I cannot find any information about this online, in the manual or on the box itself. The only thing is the label on the back of the unit itself that says TYPE 3202, 120v 60Hz 600w. That tells me, this is likely going to have a bad time with 220-240v and 50hz electricity available typically in the middle east. Just because you can find an adapter for the plug type itself, it does not mean the grid and the stuff inside the unit are a match together. You need to find the ME-Asia-Pacific-EU edition/type of this device. No, you can use only 1 side at a time. It is not challenging to switch between them at all. It's turned out to be quite nice to have the two sizes.... I wasn't sure whether I would use them both, but I do.
