These Gorilla Grip Reusable Nonstick Silicone Baking mats have met ALL of our expectations. What a joy to know that cookies and other baked goods will not only even bake but will also slide off the pan without any risk of sticking or burning. We have found that we can simply give these light weight yet quality sheets a quick rinse under warm water along with a dash of soap and renew their baking ability. We found the mats easy to use, and handled up to 425° temperatures quite well. We have no plans on exceeding those heat limits though. There is no need.

These are very well made. I expect to get years and years of use from these mats. No offgassing, and they clean up easily. These are thicker than other mats I have purchased in the past. Baked goods come out perfectly. I prefer baking cookies on silicone mats over parchment.

My last set of mats like these lasted 10 years through almost daily use before finally dying to my husband's folly. He thought he could cut his pizza on top of them. I'm still angry about that, the brand I had doesn't make them any more. So far this set are nice quality silicone, comparible to the ones I had. They have held up well to 425°F, haven't tried hotter yet, but I'm confident 450 won't be a problem either. Decent capacity, I try not to place anything on the colored border, but it won't hurt anything if you have to. Remember, discoloration is NORMAL and natural to happen with use the more you use them. No issues with exposed fiberglass or anything like that, I just wish the corners were trimmed off to account for the rounded corners of most jelly roll pans and baking sheets like my old set. Easy cleaning up, dishwasher safe if things get really messy btw. Very important to note, you should NEVER fold these either as it will create a bad crease that will over time become a weak point and expose the fiberglass. That is bad, but don't blame the product for user error. I store mine flat with their intended pans, no fuss and ready to go when I need them. Cannot stress this enough, remember you never want to fold them or cut ANYTHING on them, none of these liners are designed for that! They are not intended to be a cutting mat and you WILL destroy them. If you're baking a pizza, transfer it to a proper cutting board. I suspect most bad reviews given to these style sheets are user error related. Seriously, take care of your liners and they will take care of you. If my husband hadn't tried to cut a pizza without thinking, my old set would have lived another 10 years easily. Added a photo comparing the corners of my last quarter sheet size from my original set and this half sheet size. Btw it's a steal to get two half sheet sizes at this price. If you aren't sure what size pan you have, take the time to measure them and Google what you find, it will be crucial for you to know that to order the right size liner for your needs. Don't just buy the cheapest, it's very likely not going to fit if you do that. This set would be 5 star except for the corner issue. (Do NOT cut your corners and expose the fiberglass glass, that would be dangerous and render your liner unusable)

These mats feel sticky, but they are wonderfully NON-stick. Fit standard size pans for cleanup-free experience. Excellent value.

Easy to use and clean. The advantage of this mat is its large size, which fits perfectly into the usable space of the oven.

The mats are 1” too wide and 1” too long to fit the inside of a 2/3 sheet baking pan, as the mat dimensions are that of the outer rim of the pans. Looking through the green border, it appears that the fibreglass goes right to the very edges so trimming them to fit is not a viable option.
